Refund policies depending on products and services. Do to the personal use of our products returns are not accepted. We aim to address your concerns promptly and fairly. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase refunds maybe given within first 3 days of receiving a product. Heirloom of Eden reserves the right to validate cause for refund.
